How do I pair my SNOO to the App?

Please make sure you have the App on your mobile device. You can download the Happiest Baby App from the Google Play® Store and Apple App Store.

Please plug in your SNOO. If the Activity button does not start blinking white right away, press the power button underneath SNOO to turn it on. The Activity Button will blink and then continuously glow white when SNOO is ready. That is your signal to start!

For iOS devices:

1. Open the App and create a profile for you and your baby
2. Click on + in the upper right corner
3. Tap on SNOO in the list of available devices
4. The App will ask you to scan SNOO’s serial number (located on the warranty card, packaging, or label under SNOO)
5. A pop-up will appear, asking you to Join SNOO’s Network, please click Join
6. Now select the network you would like to pair SNOO to
7. Enter your network’s password credentials 
8. Now select the Join Network button
9. On the next screen, wait until all dots turn Teal before continuing
10. When completed, you will see a checkmark and the App will continue to the Dashboard screen

For Android devices:

1. Open the App and create a profile for you and your baby
2. Click on + in the upper right corner
3. Tap on SNOO in the list of available devices
4. The App will ask you to scan SNOO’s serial number (located on the warranty card, packaging, or label under SNOO)
5. Select the Wi-Fi® network you would like to pair SNOO to
6. Enter your 2.4 GHz network’s password credentials
7. A pop-up will appear, asking you to Join SNOO’s Network, please click Join
8. On the next screen, wait until all dots turn Teal before continuing
9. When completed, you should see a checkmark and the App will continue to the Dashboard screen

You are now paired with your SNOO!
