We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble connecting! If you receive this error during the pairing process, the following may have occurred:
- SNOO turned off its Wi-Fi® access point. This is done for increased security.
- The Wi-Fi® signal is too low or there is some interference
- The password to your Wi-Fi® network was changed
- You replaced your Wi-Fi® router
- Your mobile device’s Wi-Fi® is turned off
To troubleshoot on an Android device:
- Make sure SNOO’s Wi-Fi® button is pressed in
- Reboot your SNOO (unplug for 30 seconds and then plug back in, and wait until the Activity Button glows the constant white light)
- Open the App and follow the on-screen prompts until you reach the Finishing Setup screen
- At the Connect to device pop-up, click Connect, and continue with pairing
To troubleshoot on an iOS device:
- Make sure SNOO’s Wi-Fi® button is pressed in
- Reboot your SNOO (unplug for 30 seconds and then plug back in, and wait until the Activity Button glows the constant white light)
- Open the App and follow the on-screen prompts, and at the screen Connect your device to SNOO, click Connect to SNOO
- Follow further on-screen prompts until you reach the Finishing Setup screen
