My Wi-Fi® password isn’t being accepted in the pairing process. What should I do?

Please make sure you have the latest version of the Happiest Baby App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.

During the pairing process, the App will join SNOO's Network, and SNOO will look for all nearby Wi-Fi® networks and offer a list of available networks to connect to. Select your preferred network and be sure to properly enter the corresponding password.
