Is the sound safe for my baby's hearing?

Yes, all sound levels are safe and well below the level in the womb (measured at 75-92dB).

The sound on the blue level is 68-70db (at the baby’s ear). The sound on the orange level – when the baby is crying hard – is ~86db which is significantly less intense than a baby’s own cries, which reaches or exceeds 100db.
