Why is my SNOO activity button flashing white?

SNOO’s activity button will blink white for about a minute when first turned on. Once the blinking stops, push the button again and the light will turn blue/purple, indicating that your SNOO is ready to go! If the light won’t stop blinking, that usually means that SNOO Sleep Sack is not completely secured to the safety clips. If, however, the sack is correctly installed and the white light continues to blink, don’t hesitate to get in touch through our Product support questionnaire. For all other questions, please click on submit a request for your request to be forwarded to our Customer Care team!
