My SNOO device password is not being accepted in the pairing process. What should I do?

The SNOO App is no longer available on the Google Play Store, and it will be removed from the Apple App Store on January 10, 2024. For an improved user experience, download the Happiest Baby App on iOS or Android.

You will not be provided a SNOO Wi-Fi® password, as the app will auto-join to SNOO’s network! Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
